Dr. H. Patrick Russell II

Dr. H. Patrick Russell II has proudly served the Roanoke community for more than 35 years. After earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 1989, he began practicing dentistry in Roanoke, Virginia, in 1990.

Since then, Dr. Russell has dedicated his career to providing compassionate, high-quality dental care to generations of families throughout the Roanoke Valley. Located at the base of Hunting Hills, our practice has become a trusted part of the community, built on lasting relationships, honest communication, and personalized treatment.

Dr. Russell believes every patient deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and the same level of care he would provide to his own family. Whether welcoming a new patient or caring for someone who has been with the practice for decades, his commitment remains the same; to provide exceptional dentistry in a comfortable, friendly environment where patients feel valued and confident in their care.

Dr. Harry P. Russell III is proud to continue his family's tradition of providing exceptional dental care to the Roanoke community. After earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 2026, he joined his father at Russell Family Dentistry.

Growing up around the practice, Dr. Harry developed a deep appreciation for the relationships his father built with generations of patients. Today, he is honored to carry on that legacy by treating every patient with kindness, honesty, and respect while delivering high-quality dental care tailored to each individual's needs.

In addition to preserving the values that have made the practice a trusted part of the community for decades, Dr. Harry is passionate about incorporating the latest advancements in dentistry. He brings innovative techniques, modern technology, and evidence-based treatment approaches that enhance patient comfort, improve efficiency, and provide exceptional clinical outcomes. His goal is to ensure every patient receives the highest standard of care available.
